Training Programs

All refund requests for training programs must be submitted within 2 days before the program start date.

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

  • If no portion of the training program has been accessed or completed, a full refund will be issued.

If a portion of the program has been accessed or completed either of the training sessions, interview support, online/offline chargeable sessions, a prorated refund may be considered. In this case, refund requests beyond the 2-days window will not be entertained.


Course Materials

Course materials, including textbooks and study guides, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you review the product details before making a purchase. Any type of charges for maintaining the own database, shall not be refundable and subject to change time to time.


Recruitment Services

Fees associated with our recruitment services are non-refundable once the services have been rendered. This includes job applications, resume reviews and any other recruitment-related services.


Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the policies of our payment processing partners. We strive to process refunds in a timely manner but cannot guarantee the exact timeline.
